The first time I came in they charged me $20 to remove 5 nails. When my appointment was over they asked for a tip. The second time I went in for a pedicure. I had arrived around 5:20, they looked like they were closing because no one was in there and they were sweeping and mopping. I asked them what time they closed and they told me 7 pm. Right away I felt unwelcome. The energy I felt in that moment was horrible like they were planning on leaving early and then I walked in. I felt that lady rushed my service from start to finish. When pushing my cuticles back I remember thinking is this supposed to hurt? Not long after there were bees flying inside because they had the door kept open which the bees made me feel uncomfortable. Later a woman walks in who I assumed works there because the man at the front desk said something and all 4 of them turned to look at me. The only question my nail tech asked me was where I lived. I thought that was weird but I told her where about the area. Then I asked her where she lived and she very slowly looked up at me with a weird look on her face and replied back. She dug so hard into the side of my toe and cut it. It was all such a weird experience. I finish my appointment the uv light and she walked away and never came back. I went to get chipotle after and went to my car. No later than 10 minutes go by and they were closed by 6
accidentally threw a sponge buffer at me and did not apologize and just pointed at it for me to pick it up also messed up my french tip made it almost half the nail
I went to Issaquah Nail in Sammamish today after seeing their sign for prices and wishing to try a new salon. The lady who did my nails was wonderful and I was very pleased. When I went to pay, however, the price I was told as was $25 more than the listed price on line. The man behind the counter dismissed me with the comment that that must have been an old sign on their website. I was put off by his rude demeanor and informed him I would not every be returning. He seemed not to care.
I made an appointment here for 9:00 am for just an acrylic fill and i was here for 2 hours. It started out fine but once the last got to the powder it went bad. i had asked for stars but you can barely tell what they are. i feel bad i wish she had just told me that was too hard and i wouldn't have asked for it. but now i wasted 2 hours and 35$ (they gave me half price) on these.
It's been a week since our so called service...the entire experience has angered me that I HAD to leave my thoughts. This pedicure was the worst I've ever had as well as the entire salon experience. We called early in the morning to book an appointment for three of us the the same time at 2:45 PM. When we got there they said "oh we had you down for 1:45", but said go ahead and pick a color anyway and they only had 1 chair available. Then two people came in behind us that also had an appointment as well, no chairs available for them either. They waited but then said they would return later. Then FIVE people came and behind them and said they wanted Mani & petis and the women took them even there were no chairs for them rushed us out of our chairs as soon as the last swipe of polish was applied! They did not do complete pedicures! My feet as well as my daughters looked horrible! As if we had never had a pedicure. It seemed all they cared about was rushing trough as many people as possible. Wouldn't even give 1 star if that was an option.
There's no denying that balayage is having a moment. This modern hair coloring technique has taken the beauty world by storm, and it's easy to see why. Balayage is a French word meaning "to sweep" or "to paint", and that's exactly what the colorist does.
