Okay so my first appointment here I booked by accident because I was actually looking for a different place in the area but once I noticed I booked at the wrong place, I decided not to cancel and just go to the appointment I had made. Well let me tell you, I was BLOWN AWAY at how AMAZING this place was! I have tried to go through with a Brazilian on 4 different occasions (at multiple other places) and just could not handle the pain. My first appointment here, Cat made me feel SO comfortable I was able to get through the ENTIRE WAX!! Just went in for my 2nd one yesterday. They definitely have a long time customer out of me and the amazing customer service and attention to detail made it worth every penny!!!
Ok, I've not done any waxing since high school when I tried waxing my upper lip and nothing but wax was stuck on my upper lip. Skip to Many years later, totally frustrated w shaving me lady bits, Mama can't keep up w hormonal changes so decided on the Full Brazilian baby! Ouchie. But I survived, & I'm going to tell my story. I asked if any parts had ever been taken off accidentally. Not yet is the answer I got. Haaaaa
I had Kym. She is awesome. Made me feel so comfortable when I thought I'd be sucking my thumb and crying the entire time. We laughed like old friends!! The owner Brett is great- I highly recommend this place. Laid back. Professional and friendly. I'm not gonna lie- looks like I sat in fire ants for a few but I'm pleased w the results! First time is supposedly the worst. (Crab walk to my car)

VERY RUDE RECEPTIONIST!!! Went to get my stepsons eyebrows waxed he is 14. While I can understand if you do not cater to under 18 without parent permission I gave it. I showed my ID then waited for 10 min before she asked again for my ID then told me that the person that would be doing can't do it because she had another client coming. I went 3 shops down and was done in less than 10 min for almost half the cost.
First time using Wax'd. I had to experience the nose waxing. Have to say, the place is super clean, staff is friendly and it has a comfortable, almost living room experience while you are in the waiting area. Highly recommend this place and i will be back on a regular basis. The nose waxing was just the right amount of pain for me. Honestly, it didn't hurt, but it does get everything. My wife is making an appointment now because they are full service.
Oh MAN was I scared to get my first "in-betweeni" wax. Michelle made me feel super comfortable during the....procedure. She had me laughing up a storm for something which I imagine can seriously make for a weird experience. I swear the customers in the donut shop next door must have heard my profanities, but she assured me the walls were very insulated (hahah)! Go to Wax'd if you're a first timer, if you love professionalism, and you want certified wax techs who know what they're doing!
