I needed a "me" day, and waterside was so accommodating to my schedule. I booked a package with a facial, massage & salt room. The best! Thank you to the amazing staff.
Based on reviews we chose this salon and visited them in person to make our appointments for the following day. Booked a pedicure for myself and a facial for my partner under my contact information. Upon arrival for our appointments we were told that the facial was not booked and would not be possible. No one from the spa contacted us after we made the appointments to let us know the facial was unavailable. The manager did not offer a solution or another available time to book both appointments. We were very disappointed in both the staff's capability and the customer service provided.
Very nice spa. It was very clean and relaxing. I had a very nice pedicure by Val. She offered a warm neck wrap and a drink as well. It was reasonably priced too. I will for sure go back!
Emily crushed my hair!! Ive never been more please with a highlight in my life. She didn't rush and spent the time to foil my hair as necessary. So many salons jam pack clients into the day which can make getting your hair done stressful instead of a relaxing act of self care. Emily listened, was so sweet, and made my hair look beautiful!!
