Great advice on how to handle fleas for my cat!  I appreciate the time and explanation of bathing versus pet collars versus pills. .

I gave this company a second chance and they blew it. I rescued my dog (Casper) off the streets of Fresno before I moved here and nursed him back to health from near death. He was shot up with pellets, had a ruptured eye that needed removed and was emaciated. He has gone through enough and this is the worst groomer I've ever had. Casper shakes the whole way there and does want to go in and I know why. All the dogs rush the door and want to leave the minute someone comes to pick theirs up. Here's why we won't be going back:
1st incident was in 2021. I took him in for a groom and picked him up thinking everything was fine. I get home and the back seat of my car was full of blood. They had butchered his nail so bad that the quick was totally exposed. I called and spoke with the owner who gave me a refund and told me to superglue it bc that's what the vet would do and what they would do.
2nd incident was yesterday. I got a text saying the price was $60 when it's usually $55. I replied to the txt asking if priced had gone up and the owner responded that there was a note on the door at the beginning of the year. Ok. Well, I picked Casper up and there was a small cut under his eye that looked like it had bled and then stopped bleeding. This is my dogs only eye! I had not noticed it until after I had left because I had my toddler with me and Casper was trying to get out asap. I took I picture and messaged the owner telling her to cancel all of our future appointments and that this isn't worth $60 with a cut under his only eye. She never responded. Their customer service is CRAP. If there is an incident, you need to call the owner and give them a heads up and not try to cover it up or pretend everything is peachy. Even when you go in to drop off and pick up there is no one friendly and warm to greet you. They don't care about your dog, they only care about business bc that's what it is. Listen to your dogs instincts. If they shake, whine and hate going to the groomer, there's a reason.

This is the best groomers I have ever taken my dogs to! They always do such a fantastic job on my golden doodle and they are super friendly! I went in today because I thought I had scheduled an appointment for that day but there was a mistake. They told me I didn't have one scheduled and I was pretty bummed out because they are always booked out for weeks in advance! They helped me out so much and said they were able to squeeze my dog in for a groom today! The price is pretty expensive but it is so worth it in the end! They do such a great job and are very consistent! Going to make this my permanent groomer!

Best wash my dogs have had in a long time. Not a fan of how they do not take credit cards as I had an issue with Venmo but it was a great wash. Will have to go back and see how the long term stay facilities are

Always do a great job with our two dogs. Staff is friendly and professional and the price is affordable depending on what services you are wanting done.
