Exquisite Nails & Spa in Rock Hill, SC

My finger was cut by staff , she continued to use supplies on me with an open cut . I didn't even notice I was bleeding until I looked up from my phone and I noticed she was touching all over my finger with blood on her and me . She kept going like nothing was wrong . I went to wash my hands and she put some first aid cream in it (pictured below) . I paid for my services and they did not honor a discount and wanted me to talk to her at the back of the store . That was dangerous so I declined . I paid and left and will never be back again .

They are unsanitary, using same supplies on people even IF YOURE BLEEDING ! I'm a nurse and I take infection seriously .

So do not go here ! Unless you want to be risked with losing a hand or foot from an infection .

Do not use this place . I repeat do not use this place there a a nail tech here with black guys he is a guy extremely RUDE. He got upset because I refused to use the ATM machine oppose to swiping my card and refused to do my nails. I wasted two hours in this place and had to call the police because I was not going to pay to have someone completely waste my time . They insisted that I pay for my toes but refused to do my nails to match with my toes. I usually worked with who I thought was the owner of the salon Vivian but was told by the guy that she is not the owner. So needless to say I will never go back here and I would recommend no one else go here. They look at you as simply just a dollar sign. Customer service is not their main priority. I am also going to file a Better Business complaint because what is up with them pushing you to pay in cash? You don't go to Walmart and they say please do not use your credit card ! Why does it matter if I pay with my credit card as long as they get paid . This place is not the place to spend your hard earned money !!!!!!

I went in for just a gel polish on my real nails no manicure just a polish. I brought my own gel nail polish which I know doesn't make a difference, but I love this particular color. The total was $30 and I was absolutely shocked. 30 dollars for 10 minutes. The pricing on the wall in the shop said 10 for gel polish on nails. Just be aware and ask for pricing up front.
**It's not overpriced if you're a luxury nail salon, which you guys are not. If you want to charge the prices you are charging offer your clients a beverage or a glass of wine. invest in a better way to view your polish selection instead of a cardboard box of outdated nail swatches. Make it an experience!

I will never go to this place again! I started going to this nail salon when it opened. Several management changes since 17 years ago. I am going to let everyone know how terrible their customer service is. At first, it was ok. Then once he finished my gel manicure he did not attempt to add oil. I sat there and he looks at me and said Go wash your hands, what else do you want? I looked at him and said I would like for you to oil my nails before I wash. He responded, "oh ok, I forgot!". Then it was time to pay. I had purchased a gift certificate at the end of December. When I purchased it. I specifically asked the question about the 6 months. The person told me that it will still be granted. So I purchased it.  
It is one month past the 6 months mark on the certificate. Immediately, I saw him draw up as soon as I pulled the gift certificate out of my purse. He proceeded to ask another man something. Immediately the man walks to the counter with a major attitude. He proceeds to loud talk me and tell me that the certificate had expired. I told him--one or two things, either grant this certificate or give me my money spent for no services. He shouts at me--you need to let me talk. With a calm voice I told him--I am allowing you to talk so I don't know why you are so hostile. What are you going to do? He looks at me and says that he will deduct 10.00. I'm not the one to argue so I said ok. I gave him my debit card to pay the rest. The one who ran the debit card took the card and threw on counter. I picked it up and asked him to give my debit card back to me just as I have to him. Afterwards, he asked if he gave me my debit card--knowing that he did not. I told him no you did not but it's ok--I have paid and no longer will be back. All I am saying is they do a good job on nails and toes, but they are rude! I choose NOT TO give my money to anyone who is rude to me. I only paid because it was right due to services, but they should really work on being rude to their customer. I would have been more receptive if he was a nicer when he explained. Instead it felt almost like he was treating me like someone that was causing sooo many issues in the past. Please try another salon. Please believe what everyone is saying about the attitudes. I've tried them a few times to see if the attitudes would get better, but seemingly it worsened. Please listen!!! Their customer service is horrible!!

The environment was nice and the people were nice although halfway through the appointment the lady stopped doing my nails to go do two people who just walked and asked for their  eyebrows done. I had an appointment and it looked like they just walked in. Also the nails were $75 and I tipped $10 so I paid $85 for these nails. Only a few days later my nails began chipping on the chrome tip and I am unhappy with them. I may have to go to another salon to redo the chrome tips unless the salon could do them again.
