I took a chance and went by today (Sunday) and I'm so glad I did!!! They're open on Sundays now at 12 and under NEW MANAGEMENT! The owners are very nice people. My nails are magazine perfect!! I appreciate good service but it becomes exceptional when the staff is friendly and engaging. I'll be back in a few weeks! Definitely check them out!
Overall I would give this place a 0. From the moment I walked in the negative energy in the salon. Not to mention the staff were being extremely rude to the young front desk employee. The lady who serviced me completely ignored my request. I came in with my natural nails long and healthy to end up leaving with the shortest of short nails. Let me also say I was the only customer there, aside from crickets jumping around. The lack of communication to understand what I wanted was really disappointing. Red nails are the result of the horrible experience. The French tip photo is my HEALTHY nails before going to this nail salon.
I have really mixed feelings about this place. The front desk person (young white female brunette) sort of treated me like an annoyance more than a customer. It was my first time in, but she acted like I should know the routine & was irritated by my questions. It felt awkward to be a nuisance to her. The nail tech was very nice and seemed knowledgeable, but then she had me soak my finger tips in a small bowl of acetone, which seems unhealthy for my skin and wasteful of the chemical. Her little son was there (who was really cute) & he listened to her very well. My nails turned out fun & cute, but I'm still debating on whether to go back.
Staff was very friendly as soon as I walked in . There was a wait for me and my 2 girls however the two ladies Angie and Anna made our pedicure experience great. They made sure we were comfortable. They offered drinks and were very friendly. They took the time to explain my bill and everything. I'm really surprised of the service after hearing that they were so busy from they timed they opened where they didn't get a chance to eat lunch . I will definitely be back .
Horrible service. charged extra for NO reason after charging already for length and simple french design. Also seemed as if he did not clean his implements properly. never go there
