I frequent W Wax Salon every 3 weeks. The service is phenomenal! The owner is super sweet and they sell this exfoliating scrub that is great.
The worst experience I have had during waxing. I went to this place a year ago and had great experience. When I called to request that lady again recently they told me she left and I couldn't request anyone anyway. I still scheduled my appointment for September 19, 2020. They claim they have one person that does the Brazilian waxes now. This specific lady was TERRIBLE yall!!!!! She didn't count to let me know when she was going to pull or tell me to take deep breaths. Extremely rough. I later had burns on my private area from the wax being to hot. Then when I told her she was being to rough she stated "I don't like when y'all act like y'all don't know what it's like to get wax" DO NOT GO HERE YALL! It's $35 and you get exactly what you pay for. Go somewhere else and pay that $50 or $60! It's worth it.
Absolutely the worst experience I've had since starting my waxing experience 4 years ago. On my first visit the owner performed my service and did a great job! Second visit her employee did my service and this was the worst. After contacting this employer MULTIPLE TIMES since AUGUST 9TH she never responded until today AUGUST 24TH when I called and demanded my refund or a lawyer would be getting involved. I've never experienced this type of irritation or damage and I'm pretty sure this "waxer" used used wax on my parts. Owner also recorded me with her cellphone and demanded I told her what amount I paid her (but when I called for my refund on today she said she remembered me and she tried to apologize lol) when I came for my refund after making me wait until 7 pm! (I still have gave a tip after my experience this day btw!!!) Not at all worth it!! Don't believe the hype because this place had an angry customer on my first visit and she was upset about the same waxer! Beware!!
I came here for a full body wax before my honeymoon and was more than impressed! The salon looked beautiful on the inside and I was offered a beverage as soon as I checked in. I didn't wait long at all before being greeted by my waxing professional. The entire experience was great and my waxer was so professional! She made the experience great! I definitely recommend this salon!
