Vogue Spa & Nails in Croton-On-Hudson, NY

Nails fell off after one hour of them being done. I called the salon for a refund or to re do the nails and they asked for proof. I sent them photos of the nails. I paid $75 for nails and Patricia blocked me and keeps hanging up the phone when i call the salon. *Patricia admitted that she didn't properly clean off the nails before putting them on and once I showed proof she ignores all my calls and blocked me on her cell. I also talked to Mercy who confirmed everything

It was my first time here. Mercy did a great job on my nails and toes. I asked for polka dots and she did not disappoint they came out so cute - see pics. They lose 1 star for not taking temperature at the door and it was so hot in there, especially with a mask on and even with the AC.

It's a cute little place and Joy is very friendly, she really makes an effort to get to know you and genuinely cares about you! Although, every time I've gone to get acrylics, she cuts my skin around my nails with the sanding tool and it's very painful and leaves scabs. I gave her a few different chances because everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but it happens constantly!

This is a cute, clean place with a wide variety of colors. My first time I had went as a walk in, no problem. This time I called ahead and was greeted with comfort as well. I did feel a bit rushed and my pedicure was not as clean as last time. Joy and Nube are very nice and friendly. I will be returning and hope to receive the great service again!

First of all, I love how easy it is to remember their phone number (271-1111) and don't get me started on what a great sign "1111" is to me! ;-) Been wanting to try this salon for a while and finally made an appointment since it's on my way home from the office. The GPS was giving me weird directions, so I'm glad I spotted them on the corner of Route 9A and Benedict and was able to park right in front. I was early and was greeted warmly by Joy who did my nails. She was VERY pleasant and so was the other woman working with her who was doing pedicures. (I'll be back for one!) I'd had acrylics done less than two weeks ago and they were falling off so Joy removed all them and was going to start fresh with the acrylics I cam in for, but she suggested I switch to a powder gel instead to give my nails a chance to recuperate from all the abuse they've been under. I REALLY appreciated her advice and honesty and took her advice, even though in the past I'd had powder manicures that didn't look great. WELL I was thrilled at the excellent job that Joy did on my nails and will not hesitate to come back! My nails feel so much better and look great. She helped me pick the perfect color, she made my nails shorter (which I ask for everywhere I go and rarely get). Best of all, she and her staff and her salon are beautiful and welcoming!
