If I could give zero stars I would. Had a mani-pedi and the technician used a red polish I picked out. After she gave me the bottle. 3 hours later the nails were still not dry. We used the drying fan, drying spray and still sticky. I left and fingers were smearing and the polish smugged off. I went back the next day and the supervisor was very rude when I asked for a polish change. the problew was their polish which apparently had gone bad. Part of the polish in the bottle was actually black. I was very nice and just asked for a polish change. I have never been treated so rudely by any service provider. There is a smaller and less expensive salon on the other side of the street. Very nice, clean and a lot less money. Mani/pedi for $40. VO does not admit or correct their mistakes

Zero stars if that was possible. I made an appointment over a week ago, no one could find it, no receptionist. Then they found it but said they were short staffed and wanted me to wait. Then they said they had someone but then they started another client while I was selecting my polish. Staff were extremely rude and condescending. They were not helpful, I wanted a light pink which should have been simple to locate. Overall it was a terrible experience, I walked out without getting my nails done.
My go to salon. Sonny, in my opinion, is the best. I usually get a dip manicure and occasionally get a pedicure. My manicures are always near perfect if not perfect. It's usually easy to get an appointment if I call a day or two in advance. It is very clean and pretty big so walking in is usually no issue. This is not the cheapest place in town but you will leave happy.
