Ok, clarification first...this place is now called VNails and it is located on Teays Valley Road, but the owners and phone number is the same. No question, the best in the area. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years....these folks are my favorite. Ivy and Kevin are a married couple and most of the time it is just the 2 of them. They try to be accommodating and accept walk-ins, but be nice and make an appointment. The price is fair and Ivy does amazing art if you like them fancy!
