I went here to get acrylics for the first time. The service was alright, but the nail tech cut me and then proceeded blame it on me.They had also charged my friend $35 for the same exact nails about two weeks beforehand and charged me $55. I'm not really sure where the mixup was, but suffice to say at least the nails were good quality.
Opened at 11. Walked in at 11:05 to a completely empty salon. Was told I would have wait 20 minutes until someone else showed up and Sunday's are "appointment only" although not advertised anywhere and the door welcomes walk ins. Boujee Lounge? More like bullshit lounge.
if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. 'troy soy sauce' left me with cuts on three different fingers, i showed him a photo of the nails i wanted and he insisted he knew better than i did, and did them the way he wanted. they didn't turn out like the photo, i asked him to make them more round and he still didn't do it right. i know that makes me sound whiny but ? i payed nearly $70 its not hard to do oval nails. he was also asking inappropriate questions he didn't need to be asking. 0/10 would not recommend whatsoever.
The staff is extremely friendly very personable. I felt that the prices were high. 165 for a bikini wax with 30 additional for touch ups and a pedicure, I told them up front I wanted a regular pedicure. I also got my eyebrows waxed. Overall the services were great, but when she waxed my eyebrow the skin on my eyelid was ripped off, yes it hurt at the time but I couldnt tell how bad it was. The photo is 48 hours later. Lets hope it doesnt scar.
