Stylist Irene Coates comes to Houston TX to do hair. She recently did a sew-in for me for $200.00. She has been doing hair over twenty years but fails to give consultations before starting to do your hair. I asked for a lace front closure and she installed it but it came up three days later. I asked her to fix it and she became very argumentative with me and refused to fix it. She is very unprofessional. While installing the sew-in Irene stuck my scalp multiple times with the needle while installing the tracks. I have threatened to file a dispute with my bank and she threatened to counter the dispute. The owner of the shop she does hair in, in Houston "Styled by me" I expressed my concern to her and she said she would talk to her. Next day I get a phone call from Irene screaming in the phone about me "telling on her" I have been tolerating this stylist about fixing my hair and she accused me of pulling up the closure. She has no knowledge nor the ability to provide any level of decent customer service. She is excellent with the scissors in giving great layers and short styles but installing a weave that requires lace this is not your stylist. When I made comments about the front of my hair after she completed the sew-in she said oh, lace fronts are suppose to be died to your color. I said so why didn't you die the lace. She later said it was not her responsibility it was mine. And whoever sold me the lace front should have educated me on what needed to be done. Like I stated earlier inexperienced and lazy. Twenty years of what? Sitting on your ASS?
