Definitely would not recommend going here if you want anything other than ruined hair. I had asked for a simple color lightening which I thought would be okay given that they are so great at colors... WRONG. I had my hair lifted and it was an utter disaster.... now I'm left with bleach spots and uneven red hair. DO NOT GO HERE.
I was seriously disappointed with the "service" today. I booked 3 weeks ago, and recieved 3 emails confirming my appointment. The day of my appointment I recieved a text telling me he was running behind, and had to change my appointment to 45 minutes later... That is fine, I understand things happen. What I don't understand is why my appointment was pushed back 2 hours. Now I guess it wouldn't be bad if I didn't have two small children in tow, and I didn't live an hour away... But I did, and I do. He blamed someone else for making the appointment before mine. The responsible thing to do was to take fault, because someone in this type of service should have caught the mistake. Instead of wasting my time and gas, I should have been notified much earlier than an hour before my original appointment. The lack of consideration for another person's time was the most disappointing to me. I would not recommend this place, and I would recommend that they develop a better way of managing appointments.
Rebecca has rare talent. My wife spend a few weekends a year on Pensacola's beautiful beaches. Since meeting Rebecca, we space them according to when we will need a cut. Guys, take notice! A good haircut can make a huge difference. She can take a mediocre looking guy (me) and work her magic so that he gets some looks, smiles and maybe some action from the ladies.
