They did a great job! Wendy really Paid attention to what I wanted. The place has been in business for 15yrs, it's quiet and prices are reasonable!

I was recommended to this place, I went to the shop on Cervantes. The worst thing I could have ever done. They are so terrible I waited almost two hours just to get a fill in only to have someone walk in the door and get help as if I wasn't there. I finally made it to the chair to get them filled and the guy bless his heart did my nails beautiful but he is extremely slow, it took another hour in the chair. Then I went a second time just to give them the benefit of a doubt and it was just as bad. I sat there for another hour watching workers walk around not acknowledging that they apologize for the wait and they be with you but ignoring the fact that you have every chair full and people standing around and also people walking out. I can honestly say I will never go back there again. Horrible customer service

From the jump you could see there inst enough employees so I waited 45 min, no problem. Got a full set done which ended up rushed, crooked, and expensive for the poor job. Closed a whole hour early too. I took my nails off after 2 days of people telling me how horrible they look.

If I could give this people a ZERO I would! I came in here with beautiful dipped nails and by the time they were done it was the most atrocious nail dip I have ever been a part of. It all started well until the nail tech was about to buff my nails and I told her there was no way she was done given that my nails were still bumpy and the dip was up past my cuticle. She said it was bumpy because my nail is bumpy which it's ridiculous given that the whole point of dip acrylic or gel is to finish with a smooth surface resembling a nail. The product was so hardly applied that it was already lifting on the sides. She was rushing thru the application because some other walk in customer was waiting for a wax and I even offered to wait for her to finish the wax but I expected a good product at the end. She told me it was a good product already so I refused to take that as an answer because it wasn't. It came to the point where I no longer wanted her poor services and asked her to either soak the off or I would leave without paying. Due to their lack of professionalism and a good product, she proceeded to lock the door of the shop and refusing to let me leave because I owed her money for her services and the time she spent on the most horrible nail job ever! Not only did she Locke in the shop but also my nine year old daughter. I called the cops to save me from the hostage situation and even when the cops showed up she refused to let me outside I literally had to push my way thru her while she was physically touching me and trying to prevent me from going outside to talk to the cop that I called myself. I had to pay them just so that I could leave their miserable shop and go about my day. I wish I was making some of this up but this is just the nice version.

Terrible service. I came in on a whim as I'm not from this area for a refill and pedicure. After inspecting my nails and finding gel polish "this will cost more" before I could even take a seat. When I asked what my total would be $80 then $70 then $66 was what I was quoted. I sat down to an empty seat and even more empty establishment I asked "excuse me what is the zip code here?" No one answered. A bit above monotone I asked again with no response. Very rude and unprofessional customer treatment. If I could offer a negative one star I would!
