SHE WILL CALL THE COPS ON YOU!!!!!!!!!! Today I was in there for my regular 8-9 week apt and as usual it is taking hours because you are NEVER the only client. At this salon, she thinks to get it to just be you and her YOU NEED TO PAY EXTRA!!! LOL That is what she told me today!!! Now, let's back up to my first apt. She had an assistant for the first few times of coming, but still always booked other clients during YOUR session because she said today "That is how she runs her business." Well that would be great if it actually worked. The assistant really only helped with getting her product, washing and drying hair anyways (something usually the stylist does so it's not like it made that much difference when that assistant wasn't there anymore) It has always taken HOURS for my hair apt there assistant or not. The only excuse was good hair takes time. Correct, as a woman who owns her own business and is in the Promotions/Modeling industry I have obviously gotten my hair done my whole life by many stylists and it takes less time when I am paying higher dollar for a service for it to be ME & YOU! I am not sure why this was shocking to her today as I just voiced my concern of the time. Many customers complain to me when I am in there and she is mixing color as well so figured other people have had to of said something. I simply stated that I would need to book when there wasn't anyone else as today in the middle of my apt she spent 45 mins on a haircut and we had only gotten color started on my hair at 2 hours into the apt :( That is when she stated well then you will need to pay more or that is not going to happen. I said well I guess we will have to part ways then because unfortunately I can't spend 3+ hours at a hair apt every time. She said do you want to go ahead and take care of that now? ummm I am sitting there with WET hair in the middle of my hair apt! OBVIOUSLY as a business owner you should finish my hair, but why even go left with it like that?? I replied obviously I want you to finish my hair and as you should not want to leave me like this Janie. She LITERALLY said to me "O obviously huh? I highly suggest you change your attitude talking to me bc I will call the cops right now and tell them to TRESSPASS you"!!!!!!! She walks out for a little while and comes back in. I ask her if she is going to finish my hair with what I want or if she is just going to do any toner. She ignored me and walked back out. She came back in about 5 mins later with a toner and asked me to go to the sink. She puts a toner in and washes it out. 5 seconds later a PPD comes in to tell me I am trespassed for a yr and no hard feelings. WOWWWW!!!!!! What a psycho! I did nothing wrong to her. I even brought my little 3 lb dog with me to visit her that day and have been a customer for a while. Not to mention she is NEVER consistent with prices, but yet I still stayed. She says I give her crap every time, but maybe she is referring to I ask about my price each time and to break it down bc you have to watch her. She pulls numbers out of her ass if you don't. Everything is A La Carte there which is the weirdest thing I have ever heard. I mean you have to pay $25 bucks to even get your hair blow dried after you paid $150 (root touch up/toner) to get it done for God's sake....ridiculous! That's not to mention the $50 haircut on top if you want, but she will give you attitude if you even question your bill. I mean I guess everyone is supposed to be super rich during a global pandemic. I have NEVER experienced such unprofessionalism, disgusting filth like I did today and I will be sure to let all my brands, stylists and teams know about this! This town is small & we all stick together! You don't treat a fellow business woman, customer and owner like that who has done nothing, but give you business consistently during hard times and always tips(as you should)! What goes around comes around :)
