Vista Hermosa Beauty Salon in Portland, OR

Fue queriendo mi pelo rojo y salí mirando como el pinche grimace del McDonald's
( I went wanting my hair to be red and came out looking like McDonald's purple monster grimace)

@hairbyangelica_10 is the rudest hairdresser at vista hermosa. I thought she was gonna do a good job from her insta but not only did she not deliver she gave me attitude when I pointed out the fact that my hair didn't look like the way we both bad agreed to dye it she proceeded to give me attitude and tell me it was my fault??? She kept on sneak dissing and saying things like "well clearly youve never been to a salon before" even though I was respectful and calm (she was the complete opposite) she was rude and didn't take accountability for the fact that she had ruined my hair. And then proceeded to text me the next morning to tell me that nobody would want me as a customer and that she didn't wanna touch my hair, even though I still paid her for the horrible dye job and choppy ass layer she did. All I asked for was some of my money back (not even the full amount) to fix what she had done and she denied because she said it wasn't her fault even though she was the hairdresser  bffr. Go at your own risk but if I were you id save myself the $300 and your hair! Not only did she do a shitty ass job but she had a shitty ass attitude towards a new customer who treated her with respect despite her clearly being wrong. Also she wont focus on you she will multitask and leave you alone with bleach in your hair for long periods of time and even take breaks to eat!

We just came from the Vusta Hermosa beauty salon and it was an amazing experience. The owner Claudia was so kind and so nice.  she was knowledgeable about products and actions to take with our hair.  My mother and I were the last customers of the night and she took her time with both of us. We both had a wash and cut and she took care of us so well.   My mom also had a face wax and Claudia took her time to make the process as painless as possible and was very detail oriented.  At the end she recommended some products which we took home and we love them. We highly recommend this beauty salon to everyone. thank you Claudia we will be back in three months.
