asked for highlights and lowlights. got an overall color that was not only too dark, but undid all the previous work to keep the gray stripe from showing. Will not be going back!!! a hairdresser that does not understand what highlights and lowlights are, is not, in my opinion, qualified to do color of any kind. Then when I asked for it to be fixed, he wanted to charge me another $100......
Michael B. Is my hair stylist. He's very laid back and genuine. After cutting my bangs so that they were whispy/ jagged (that I asked for), after a few days I decided I wanted more straight/ arched across. Michael fixed it for me free of charge! Photo below is my newest bang trim. His sister, Jenna did my eye brows and I think she shaped them better than I've ever had to my facial structure. Very close knit family that seem to have fun working together! I'm glad I found them
Started out ok? Michael seemed super charming and well experienced. As we started there was no small talk like you would normally have with meeting someone "new" As he finished doing my color, he was in the middle of doing a client( I thought that also was a little tacky me being a new client taking on two people at once)
So I sat there as he finished and he didn't notice but the color from what he was doing was flinging all over means my bag that was on the floor. Usually the places I've been to before at least have offered to hang people's bags up??
Anyway, after that.. annoyed and just wanted to get out of there. Got washed and cut, also not the greatest.
Will not be going back....bummer
