I only go here because it's next to my house but this is the LAST time I am ever going here. I am in town once a year and this time I showed a VERY CLEAR PICTURE of what I wanted in my hair cut and my barber (some Latino guy) fucks up my hair yet again. Asked for a medium skin fade (meaning the fade is usually at ear height) and a TRIM off the top as I normally comb my hair over to one side. He gives me a HIGH skin fade all the way to the top of my god damn head and buzzes my entire top off. I don't know how the fuck he has his licenses. I look like I'm about to go into fucking war. Will 100% be wearing a hat whenever I leave my house now.

Lady didn't listen to what I wanted, was not greeted when I came in, I had to wait over an hour for the girl to do my hair, dye job was darker than I asked for and there are spots were hair isn't dyed right. I showed picture and lady did even make it how I wanted, even after I showed her the picture. Not satisfied! Charged $90 for a cut, dye, and style when I didn't want it styled. The lady didn't listen to what I wanted. And to top it off she left dye in my hair for an hour when it's not supposed to be left that long. Plus there a guy worker that stares and only helped someone because the girl was dressed provocative.
This wonderful young lady named Luisa is a gift from god lol ! I had my hair ORANGE ! From a lady that obviously didn't know a shit about dying hair ! She fix it . I get all kind of compliments at my job and I don't hesitate to tell them about Luisa . this girl is professional and very out going .
I had an 11 am apt with lily, it's 11:15 & she's still not here. Some lady name Lucy greeted me but didn't let me know that Lily wasn't here until someone else came to ask me if I've been help. Super disappointed with the place & with some of the female workers here, you would just expect better. & after the 15 mins lily didn't even bother to apologize for her being late. I was charged 20 for a trim on my bangs & layers. Wasn't much of a difference. Super upset with the customer service & price for such little job. A -1 is what I would rate the salon!
