Tammy is the BEST. I've been coming to this location for the past 3 1/2 years, and she is a first stylist, who has actually really listened to what I was trying to do with my hairstyle, and she gave me the perfect cut! Overall, they do a pretty good job there, but I just found her use of her tools and her listening to me was very important. She is great!
I always come to this location and I've been happy with my previous hair trims. But I'm very upset with my last visit. My hair is down to my waist. I asked for it to be trimmed no more than 2 inches and I wanted it to be a straight across hair style. My hair was cut about a good 4 inches and I was given a "u shaped" haircut. I straightened my hair and it's not even at all. One side is longer than the other. How hard is it to cut hair straight across? I've been growing and taking care of my hair for 3 years. All the time, care, and money that I put into my hair cannot be given back to me because the hairdresser, Tammy, couldn't follow simple instructions. I went back to the location asked for a refund. Which was a given to me. I also asked to see if I wanted to make my hair straight across and even again how much would have to come off. A GOOD 6 INCHES. This was a very bad haircut and I'm very upset. Getting my money back and leavening this review will not make me happy or make my hair grow back. This is outrageous. My hair TO ME is medium/long. I don't want to go any shorter. So even if I decided to "fix" my hair it would be way too short!
This is the best salon my husband and I have gone to for the last 4 years. Tiffany is the best! She is personable, kind and listens to what you want. All of the staff is very friendly and you are greeted the minute you step in the salon! We only go to this location for Tiffany.
young lady whom apparently is always dying her hair random colors cut my hair to which i asked for a pompadour, which she then ended up with a comb over style cut. and nicked the f* out of my hair to where she had to nearly shave off the fade line all the way to the top of my head. i cant stand when a barber is trying to cut quickly especially when no one else is in line.
