My mom has been going to Virginia's since moving to Visalia. Everyone of the ladies here is so sweet and interesting to talk with. If you want a pedicure, manicure, hair cut, styled, or colored, they do it all. Can't recommend this place enough.
I absolutely love going here to see Samantha. When when illness took most of my hair Samantha carefully styled and cut it so that it would still look beautiful. With her help, I have been able to grow out healthy thick hair again!
Love this place. Van Le is the best. Unfortunately, the phone number no longer works. Not sure why.
This salon is a hidden gem in the in n out burger shopping center. There are so many wonderful ladies who work here that all do great cuts, colors and a few of the girls do nails. If your wanting perms or styles/sets this is also the place for you. Give them a call you wont be sorry!
