They were accommodating to get me in. I sat around for a half hour not sure where to sit. I was offered a drink. Then I was told the room was busy with another person so she would not be able to do my nails. They worked something out so I could get a pedicure. Carol was very nice and did a great pedicure. The only problem I had was once I was home I looked at my nails and a lot of my nails had areas that did not have polish and several of my cuticles were dry and white looking. I don't think I will go back as the time it took (1 1/2 hours) plus the cost plus the polish and cuticle problem.
