I've been here a few times and I always enjoy interacting w the nail technicians because they're all really friendly and easy to talk to. Sometimes they can handle you a little rough, like there was some cream the lady put on my feet today for a pedicure, and it made only one of my toe start to burn, and when I pulled my foot out of the water to touch it, and figure out what was going on she got in my hand away a couple times lol.. and also there was a few times where she was kind of rough filing my nails or dig in the dirt out from under them, and then when she got all the rough skin off the bottom of my feet, she showed it to me, and she said "I'm saving for you" and I don't know if she was joking or being sarcastic lol
Other than that, I really like the atmosphere I like coming in there and seeing so many different types of people I often see a lot of males in there and elderly people getting their nails done and everybody gets treated equally and there's a Pho place next door, and I was told if you order food while you're getting your nails done that they will bring the food over to you while you were getting your nails done and you can have lunch and get your nails done which I thought was pretty neat!
I got toe nail fungus on my big toe from this place I've never got this before from any nail place. Another thing is they tried to charge me a higher priced pedicure not what I received. They reused a hot towel after they put it on another person put it back in the heat and reused it. NEVER going back there. GROSS!!
sad because they are very nice people. fungus grew under my nails (after the 3rd time going here in a row). They refused to compensate and told me it was "water damage"
I left with dried nail polish all around the skin of my toes, each nail was different shaped and not the same length and the whole experience was so painful. Do not recommend this place.
I started going to this salon many years ago, when they had a different owner. I tried out some different places but today I returned here and am so glad I did. You can pay more for nothing better or save a little money by coming here and get excellent service in a comfortable, casual setting. I $16 more for the same pedicure elsewhere but here received so much attention and effort in an excellent leg scrub and hot stone massage. My feet are soft and pretty and as much as I know this pedicure will last for a while, I'm already excited about going back for the next one.
