New to the area, walked in was told to sit in one chair, did. Tech put nails on then asked me to move to another chair. Middle finger in the right hand was crooked but was not fixed. Johnny came to do my nails, didn't know his name until another said it close to my nails being completed. Asked him his name while he was doing my nails, he said why. Overall nails were cute but they started to break after a week. Do I recommend, yes, everyone deserves a second chance.

New to the area, called for an appointment for Pedi. Was told "no appointments, only walk-Ins". Walked in, I was not greeted or acknowledged. Another customer pointed to a clipboard & said I needed to sign in. Did so & had a seat in the reception area. Waited approximately 30 minutes. Was taken back to a chair, pedi bowl didn't have a plastic liner, as I am used to. Water was turned on, no fizz bomb added. Was never asked if water was ok, as female worker disappeared. She finally came back, appeared upset that I had gel on my toes & wanting new gel today. I did not see instruments being removed from a sterilization pak or see single use/disposable tools. Nail Tech was a bit forceful with positioning my feet to her likings, although uncomfortable for me. 3/5, only because my toes do look nice. Time will tell, as far as how long it lasts. The store appeared to need a good cleaning, not filth, just meh.

I decided to give this place a whirl because I hadn't been in years, and now I remember why I never went back. It was mediocre at best. I didn't have an appointment, and while they had room for me in their schedule, it felt rushed. I was there for only 50 minutes for a pedicure and manicure. Everything was basic, with no option for any add ons. It is way overpriced for the service you get. While the nail technician was polite, she left air bubbles in my gel polish on my nails and they still look ragged. I am so sorry I spent $70 on something that was barely nice. The place was clean and the decor was comfortable.
