I had a deep tissue massage with Danielle today. I've been going to her for several months and every time is fantastic. However, today exceeded all expectations. I've been in pretty severe pain non stop for about 10 days. She listened to my complaints and it was like her hands could feel my pain as she released it. She did a couple new maneuvers on me today that were not pleasant during, but I am completely pain free right now!! I could kiss her face (but that's weird lol). Thank you so much Danielle!!
This was my second attempt with this salon. First time I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes early, but it was an hour later before the stylist came back to get me. She had double booked. She did give me a "free" cut with my color, so I thought I would try again to support local businesses in my community. I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance for a haircut only; an hour before my appointment the stylist sent a text advising she would have to cancel because she had a client come in with "extreme matting" that would probably take up the rest of her night!
I gave up a golf game with my granddaughter for this appointment. I think it's apparent this salon doesn't value anyone else's time but theirs.
Casey McDowell was great!! This was the first time I've been here and took my chances on a new stylist after going to the same one for 15 years. Casey did not disappoint! She did exactly what I asked. She didn't try to convince me to do anything else nor did she try to sell me anything. The building is an old house and decorated very well. It is very welcoming. Parking is a little weird, you have to drive down a different road and park behind the building.
I went here to get a cut and color. I have been coloring it out of a box myself but wanted something nice. My stylist was Casey McDowell. She took a lot of time to go over colors with me and what would look best. I have never been so happy with my hair color!!! It turned out so pretty. Would definitely recommend Casey. She made me feel like a new person!!
Dawn was fantastic!! Not only was she extremely nice and personable but she gave fantastic recommendations for hair care based on my specific hair type. My haircut was exactly what I wanted!!
