No complaints whatsoever! I was in the Defiance area for work and needed a fill and a repair. I was accepted as a walk-in and Victor did a great job. If I lived closer, I would definitely be a regular customer.

Plan to wait even if you have an appointment. I showed up at 12:02 for a 12:00 appointment (my bad but in all fairness I went to their other location and waited in line for five before being helped and told I was at the wrong location ). At 12:02 I arrived and after 8 minutes was told my tech was helping someone else because I was late and no one else was available to help. David had come on a referral and I didn't want anyone else but would have had someone else just to get removal done...but not an option. Anyway if you can spend a few hours getting mani/pedi this is probably the place for you. Next time I'll be - good client and show up early snd can give another review.

I did not see a sterilizer. Red flag. Maybe it is in the back. When I inquired they dipped the instruments in blue solution. Not okay.

I called for a pedi and they fit me in right away between two other appointments. It didn't feel rushed and both owners were very kind, welcoming, and seemed to love what they do. Next time I am in town and in need of a service, I will be stopping in here!
