VIP Nail & Spa in Temple, TX

Never again! I recently moved into the city and finding a nail salon has been the hardest. I see why they have no service. I went to get two nails replaced and I understand since I did not get them done there it may be a little different. I have nude white tips the tech proceeds to tell me she may not have the same color. Understood I thought she would try to get close to matching the color. Wrong, she did even try! She did not even show me my options she just started to put pink. If you knew you didn't have the color just kindly let me know you are not able to service me. You even know it will not look good with all nude white tips and one pink white tip. The attitude was also unnecessary when I said nevermind. Thank you for trying I guess but I will NOT be back. The photos under the business are stock photos and not their own work which is where I went wrong.

Good work on a full set. And amazing customer service. Will be going back whenever I need to fill.

Worst acrylic nail job ever. I had them removed before I left! The guy that put them on seemed to be in a hurry...like maybe he was missing lunch or something. He was so mad and upset, he said he didn't want to fix them. So unprofessional!! Mad and yelling. Will absolutely NEVER return.

I went early thinking I could get in and out. The guy quickly put me in a chair and indicated someone would be with me shortly. Waited about an hour. Gal finally came over and started. Did ok with toes not the best I have had. Next she took me over for manicure. Again not the best I have had. Eyebrow wax must have gotten it a little hot because still have a red spot on my eyelid. I then sat under the dryer for about 20 min to ensure nails were dry. I paid over $60 for the 3 services. I left and got in my car. The nail polish literally wiped off. Not sure what she did. I did not have another 2 hours to waste. Wish I had taken a picture of the nails. Horrible will not go back. I hear they own another nail salon down the road so will avoid Tulip as well.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I have given them multiple chances by giving them business but each time there is something wrong. What made me leave permanently is that I asked for a mani and pedi but they never do the massages or make the water comfortable. None of the tools look like they've been sanitized. Also, when the younger looking male started doing my nails, he completely skipped over the cuticles. He didn't cut or push them back. He started putting on the nails and rushed through the process because he wanted to help more customers. My nails were not completely covered in the nail polish, shaped properly and had dimples. Then, one of my nails broke off. The man told me that he'll "do my cuticles and cut them next time" but I demanded for him to do them now. Why should I need to demand for you to do your job. I came the Next day for him to fix my nails and he still was very sloppy and difficult. I do not recommend coming here. This place only cares about your money and are very unprofessional.
