Super Nails in Temple, TX

Storefront always says this place is open but I have never once seen anyone in it or patronizing it. My kid works next door and when I'm waiting to pick him up, I see a few people try to come up and go in, but it's never open even though they leave the open sign on 24/7. Don't waste your time!

Supposed to be open at 10am but wasn't so I went elsewhere. bad business hours posted on doors are wrong

I usually love this place but tonight (3 people in the salon) I felt like I was RUSHED out of there at 5:00. No shaping of my nails what so ever and just a lazy job. I'm very disappointed in my service UPDATE I went back and they fixed them with no issues

I was visiting from out of state and needed a mail fill. Tiffany did a great job; I love how natural my nails look.

This visit was mortifying. I came with my mom to try to take our minds off my grandmothers sudden passing. We showed up for our 3pm appointment. We weren't brought back until 3:30. Someone was getting their nails done by one nail tech. So the man who seemed to be running the front desk started doing my nails at the very last station, which had a layer of powder all over it. My arm rest had nail polish on it, and the vent underneath was yellow and had powder caked onto it. We weren't feeling very chatty, so he asked how we are. My mom told him "my mom passed two days ago" and he starts talking about NATURAL SELECTION??? And how everyone has to die, or we would use up all earths resources. My mom told him she didn't want to talk about it, and then he went on to say that the world is overpopulated anyway, and we need to stop making more people. All the while, he would not stop watching the tv at every available second. I am completely floored. By the way, no one had started doing my moms nails and it was after 4pm. After he put on my third layer of dip, he switched over to start my moms set. He started talking about how his grandfather died two years after he planned and paid for everything. He started asking us when the service was and if she prepaid for her funeral. All the while, he was buffing way too much of her natural nail (because he wouldn't take his eyes off the tv). He told my mom that funerals should be a party, and she shouldn't be sad. Bear in mind, she and I are just sitting in horrified silence. After two layers of dip, he gets up without saying anything and walked to the other side of the salon, gets a drink of water and gets on his phone. When he came back, he told us he turned the ac down. Eventually, when the other person finished her set, I was told to move seats so the other tech could finish my manicure. She was nice enough to apologize for our loss, and left it at that. Once he finished the third layer on my moms set, he abruptly got up again, and just left! I could see that he was sitting on his laptop at the front desk area, while my mom had half finished nails. Once the female tech finished my nails, she asked my mom to come to her table so she could finish the session. Once she finished, we were left to dry. When we went up to the register, it was $50 each. We didn't get extensions or colors that cost extra, and we both have short nails. Any other place in Temple is going to start at ~$35 for dip nails. So we paid extra for an unsanitary salon that was 30 minutes late to start one appointment, and an hour late to start the other. I suppose telling my mom that her mother's death is a good thing was free. Such a horrible experience, and I will never come here again, and I will not be letting anyone I know come here either.
