I had a poor experience at Charisma. My root touch-up did not match exactly the rest of my hair. My highlights were cut out after I asked not to touch them, as I couldn't get more partial highlights that day. The stylist took thinning shears and went through my whole short cut, making it really frizzy. (I didn't realize what she was doing at the time.) The profile was really unflattering, and it was much too expensive. I was there three hours, a long time. Just really pay attention and not talk while getting your hair done, and make sure you're getting what you came for. Ask BEFORE your service how much it will cost. A red flag I noticed later is that they do not post their prices online. I was shocked at how much I was charged. Do not recommend.

do not go to this salon. they doubled the price that they quoted me over the phone, 2 days after i left the salon and put my hair up in a bun i noticed that the toner did not take to any of the hair underneath. when i call them and ask them if they would fix it, they told me i would have to pay again. i've never known a hair salon in my life that would not fix something that they did wrong and make the customer pay again to fix their mistake.

Love this place! Molly's my color-expert girl, but have never heard a negative thing from friends who receive services from other stylists. The atmosphere is chill, yet professional - they're expanding (to be completed in a few months) and the newly upgraded space looks like it will be beautiful and trendy - a definite asset to the downtown area. Highly recommend!

Charisma Salon is wonderful. I've only been twice this far and I've never been disappointed. No matter the stylist you get you'll be beyond pleased. They take the time to do a great job. The atmosphere is cheerful and relaxing. The pricing is fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Hannah for any hair cut & color you may need!
