I have been coming here for several years.  Betsy is the best.  She is so personable and professional.  I had her lighten my hair from a 6 to a 12 and it turned out perfect and I have really long hair. She does a fantastic job cutting and styling too. She styled my hair for my wedding too.  She came in early on the day of and did an amazing job to make me look my best on that day.  She also gives the best massage while washing my hair.  If I lived closer (I come from up around Dayton to have her do my hair) I would come every morning to have her wash my hair it feels that good. I love coming here and highly recommend Betsy!!

I called and stopped in the day before and was told 80.00 for all over color and cut.....I show up earlier this evening and the same girl that met with me for the consult and appointment for tonight was there and cut 2 inches off before any coloring. She has a bowl of color with only enough to do a retouch of roots and does that....then explains she has to get more color for the all over......I said ok. I go to leave and she tells me its 95.00 in a matter of fact tone while not making eye contact with me. I said you told me 80.00 just yesterday......she said...."yes i know they told you that but its 95.00, I had to get another bowl of color" I course she did her first bowl was just the contents of a re-touch.....she knew that.....anyways, I paid her 95.00 and gave no tip. The sad thing is I'll never be back, since I have been home......2 neighbors have been informed and 1 friend that has called this evening......all of us live within 15 minutes of this salon.........so to get an extra 15.00 this place lost a return customer and now I am obligated to tell others......what a stupid business concept.......really!?!
