Beautiful Nails in Covington, KY

David nail  tech is awesome ALWAYS does great work. But do not go for pedi I don't think I've ever had a good pedicure done here. I arrived this morning at 10 right when they opened David did my nails an was done within  35 to 40 minutes so it was around 10:40 waited til Nancy came in she ran water so I could go ahead soak feet while waiting  told lady  wont name who was doing a pedicure already had being doing dince 10 mind you could do mine after. She gets smart saying is he my boss (David) well if he pays you YES needless to say I left at noon without a pedi because she was basically finished an just kept chatting with her client of whom must of been a friend just VERY RUDE!! I had waited a hour n half people who came in after me where getting nails done an I was still waiting I should of been first to have pedicure done period!!

I love these place my nail tech i usually always go to he was off but Nancy did a beautiful job hopfully he will be back in next time i come in for my nails he is my fav

Went in for a quick mani and pedi on a Sunday. You get what you pay for. Long waits though. Waited about 40 minutes. They are super nice. the work is quality. It does not smell like cigarettes? People say that on here but I did not smell the smoke.

I called and someone said you can come in . I was 5 minutes away , I show up wait a hour and 30 min before I get my service I ask the guy if he has time to complete my service he says yes in reality he didn't have time and I had to $35 bucks for a service I didn't want or like never retuning here

I've gone here several times. In the beginning it was great I highly recommended it to everyone and Natilie was amazing; but recently they have hired help for the pedicures . Terrible Terrible Terrible-- first off the woman while trimming the cuticle cut my toe so bad in the corner that it bleed the entire rest of the pedicure, she put rubbing alcohol on the cut about 10 min later. When I went to put it in the water because she had just put it on the open wound still bleeding she told me, " No don't put that in the water, " I replied " it is burning, you just put that alcohol on the cut, ". Her response "ohhhh I forgot you had that ".. Than she was so busy talking to everyone that she missed steps on each leg / foot . One leg/ foot got scrub the other didn't .. One leg / foot got lotion the other didn't.. Im surprised all ten of my toes got painted. She did a horrible job of getting the dead skin off, the next day my feet were rough in spots, my toe hurt to even put a sock on for over a week because it got infected. The edge of the toe nails weren't painted. To say the least I will not go back and I will make sure everyone knows the experience I had. Hopefully they can get someone that knows how to do a proper pedicure..
