After reading the previous review. I felt as I had a responsibilty to review the outstanding Owners and Staff that make Vibe Salon and Spa what it is. I can without a doubt recommend them for any service they offer. I have experienced nothing but the best treatment time and time again from all of the ladies who work here. I moved out of state and would arrange a visit home and would still get my hair done here over 5 hours away regularly. They would always go above and beyond to make something work for my schedule even if it meant coming in early or staying late to accomodate me. I have left more than satisfied after every service and have no problem telling everyone where I get my hair done as I am complimented after EVERY service. I know that they have many many other satisfied customers as they continure to grow their Salon and Spa Business and continue to meet Customer Demands by adding more services. Please see the Ladies at Vibe Salon and you will not be disappointed with anything they offer.
TERRIBLE business ethic, by the owner. Do NOT book anything here, you are not valued as a client. I am from the Chicago area, and am getting married somewhat near this salon, so I booked it for the wedding day, as well as for my practice style. My practice style was scheduled 2 weeks before my wedding. The salon owner called me ONE WEEK before, to reschedule because she's "a Brewer's girl with season tickets, and if they make it to the playoffs, they will have a game that night, so can we reschedule"????? I was furious. Who in their right mind, especially a business owner (who clearly knows nothing about business) would even THINK of trying to reschedule THE BRIDE'S appointment? I had to take off a day from work for this, and travel 3.5 hours to get there. Thank God I canceled and ended up having a wonderful lady travel to our venue instead. It was meant to happen. Any owner in their right mind would have sold their tickets, made some money with a wedding party, and had a successful experience. Not here. And the Brewer's didn't even make it to the playoffs :P. So no, Vibe salon is not where you want to go... especially during baseball season.
