Zero stars, very rude when they answer the phon, sat there waiting for a few minutes to find out they only take cash, not a very welcoming environment at all. Left very disappointed without getting my hair done.

The service was fast and excellent, Carmen is very professional. Thank you so much for the good job!

Worst haircut ever! I showed stylist 2 pics of general idea for my hair. We decided on this one. My hair has been long for 20 years. This was to be my new look. My hair can't just be grabbed and cut with a weed wacker, I have thick hair, which is how I felt. When i touched my hair i knew there was a problem. Then I saw it choppy with a mullet way shorter on back and on top than I wanted. She started blow drying it "to smooth it out". I got up asked her not to touch me anymore. How this lady got close to a 5 star review is baffling to me!

Veronica's Salon gets 0 STARS for quality and 1 STAR ONLY for service (and only because they did try fixing their *first* mistake). I was excited to try a local, family-owned salon. I've been there twice and BOTH times they MESSED UP. 1) I made an appointment with Daisy, who is the owner's daughter. The first time I went, I asked for a balayage style and she didn't know what she was doing. I told her the name of the style I wanted and sent pictures ahead of time--a simple search on YouTube would have shown her how to do the service if she didn't know. I had to go back because the balayage was so bad. That time, she kind of fixed it and so I decided to give them another try. 2) The second time I went for a simple root coverup dye. Daisy was busy, so she asked me to go with a different person--fine, assuming everything would go ok. Well, it didn't. After going through the whole service, I noticed that my gray wasn't even dyed! It turns out she used the wrong kind of dye that doesn't even cover gray hair. I rescheduled with the second stylist to go back to fix it and she scheduled me on her day off. When I tried getting it sorted out with Daisy (who--let me remind you--is the OWNER's DAUGHTER), she brushed me off. She said I should take it up with the other girl. I didn't even know the other girl's name and I didn't have her phone number. Daisy was my stylist, I just went with the other girl because Daisy asked me to. I gave her multiple chances to make it right. You would think that the owner's daughter would have more pride in her work and customer service. Apparently not. I highly DON'T recommend. ------------------ Este salón ni sabe como hacer un estilo muy de moda y básico, ni tiene servicio bueno. Los dos veces que hice cita para tinte, tuve que regresar porque lo hicieron muy mal. Daisy, que es la hija de la dueña, me atendió la primera vez, y cuando me lo hizo mal, regrese con ella para arreglarlo. Y me lo arreglo más o menos. La segunda vez que fui con ella para cubrir mis canas, no me atendió porque tenía otro cliente (aunque hice cita con ella) y me pidió que fuera con otra señora. Bueno, esa señora no me pinto bien el cabello. Entonces hice cita con ella para regresar otro día, pero me hizo la cita en su día libre. Cuando le dije a Daisy, ella me hecho al lado diciendo que tengo que arreglar la cita con la otra señora--pero ni sabia su nombre ni su teléfono porque mi cita debería haber sido con Daisy al principio. Al final, decidí no regresar y le dije a Daisy (que es la hija del dueño!) y no me atendió. La do varias chances de arreglar otra cita o atender me mejor, pero no quiso. Entonces la dije que iba hacer esta crítica en línea. No recomiendo este salón PARA NADA.
