If I could give zero stars. I would. Do NOT go here. Trust. Go elsewhere. You've been warned.

I always get gel from here and it always lasts a super long time. Color selection is ever increasing, sometimes it takes me forever to choose a color. I don't get any fancy services just basic mani/pedi and it's always good quality. No chipping or peeling or any issues. Or course gel on toes lasts longer than on fingernails, but it's been a month+ and toe gel is still going strong :) Been coming here for years.

Years ago, I used to go here for silk wraps. After a few days, a nail or two would become undone, and I'd have to return for a repair. Nancy never charged me. This went on with each visit, and I got fed up, so I went elsewhere. A couple of weeks ago, my mother and 9 year old niece went there to do their nails (my mother hadn't been there in years, too). They told my niece she could get gel polish (my sister, even my nail tech [not from this shop], and I told her she is too young as it would damage her nails). My mother, who rarely gets polish, didn't know and allowed my niece to get gel polish. My mother saw a color that caught her eye, and the nail tech tried it on to see if she liked it - he didn't tell her it was gel at that time. She liked the color and went with it. Fast forward to this past weekend, and the polish is peeling horribly off my mother's nails (fingers and toes). Yesterday, she returned to the shop to get the polish removed. When she saw the condition of her nails after the polish came off, she opted for a manicure. Turns out they charged her not only for the manicure but also to remove the polish ($10). Removing polish is part of a manicure - it shouldn't be charged a la carte. When she showed me a picture of her nails, I was aghast - I thought she had only gotten the gel polish removed. Her nails look like she had gone several weeks without maintenance. She has sworn this place off. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. TL; DR - if you want your nails to look like teeth were used as tools AND to be tricked into paying for a product you aren't told about AND want them to damage children's nails out of greed AND charged a la cart for something that's included, feel free to patronize this awful business.

The female employee used the wrong color, charged me for removal of the color she chose, then charged me for applying the CORRECT COLOR WITHOUT TELLING ME IN ADVANCE! Also, tips can only be paid in CASHAPP only!

Not very happy, high prices and painful results. My fingers are still burning 3 days later after the file was rubbed too close to my skin. I was also very disgusted with the fact that the technician didn't throw my nails in the trash inside the store after removing the acrylic and clipping my natural nails - the technician wrapped everything up in a towel and tossed my acrylic and natural nail clippings outside the door in the air on the ground when clearly they have trash cans. I was speechless and did not know what to say. I was not very happy with the $113 cost for the full set and pedicure and quality provided. Customer service is vital to the success of every business and I think this nail salon should take this into consideration.
