Venus Nail Studio in Papillion, NE

I have always had  great service in here but recently while getting my nails done by the owners wife, she told me that nobody there likes doing long nails. I have long nails so that made my appointment very uncomfortable for the remainder of it.   She did tell me that Vin who works there does do them and she recommends that I ask for him next time.
Today I called and made an appointment for Saturday with Vin. She called me back within minutes and said he no longer wants to do  long nails and that I should go to Midland nails instead. Wtf.   So anyone who wants their nails  long they are sending them away?

Skye is awesome!  She listens to what I want and is very easy to talk with. She has done a fantastic job on my nails every time!

I'm in town for work and was recommended this place by someone to get my Christmas nails done! I took a picture in of what I wanted and Bon was my nail tech. He far exceeded my expectations and I wish I lived here because I would definitely come here every time. I gave him a semi blurry pic and he worked with it and made my nails come out so beautifully. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. They also took me as a walk in when they were super busy which I GREATLY appreciated! Such a good mail place

My mom and I were very pleased with our experience here. Nikki and Will did a great job and were pleasant during our visit. I made an appointment and was in and out in less than half an hour for a gel manicure. They had hygienic work stations, affordable prices (with cash discount), and high quality results. Will definitely be going back!

Came in for a shellac pedicure with rhinestones (these cost me extra) on Saturday. The same day not even two hours later all the rhinestones had fallen off. When back in the same day to get it fixed the same female attempted to fix it. I explained to her that perhaps she shouldn't used the same crazy glue because it didn't work the first time. I asked the owner if they had other glue since that crazy glue she had put the first time didn't work. He said she put the wrong glue and since they were closing that was all that they would put for now. But if it come off again I could come in the following Monday or Tuesday and get the whole pedicure redone. Comes the day after (Sunday) and all rhinestones (except for one) had fallen off again. I couldn't come in Monday due to personal conflicts. However made it a priority to come in Tuesday. I show up the owner tell me, he will fix the rhinestones (not honoring what he had said he would do, a new pedicure). Not only that I had to wait over an hour before they started to fix my pedicure. Keep in mind the owner made the same person fix it. Just wrong in so many ways!!! They not only made me go back twice but didn't show one care that I had to keep coming back for them to fix it. DONT GO TO VENUS NAIL STUDIO, SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY BY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I wrote this review Tuesday right after I left. I will say she did put gel glue this time for the rhinestones. Hopefully it this time they stay on, but if they don't I will be going to another place. I gave Venus more than enough opportunities to fix the issue.
