I've visited Valley Springs serval times for therapeutic massage. Shannon is my favorite massage therapist at this spa, she listens and her work is intuitive. The salt room is also a nice add-on after a relaxing massage.
Disappointed. Bought my boyfriend a back facial thinking it would be a scrub, extractions and maybe a little massage or cleansing. I've had this done myself at a different place and that's what I got. Not only did the employee go to the wrong location, the service was performed in a chair, a reclining chair style where ordinarily a person would sit in and recline to relax. Instead he was face down in a V shape, which hurt his back and was uncomfortable. He has had a back injury for years and has received regular massages during those years with no problems. A massage table does not hurt him. A chair of this nature would be uncomfortable for anyone. I paid $60 for an hour. He was done in less than 40 min and she didn't extract or massage at all. The only good thing I can say is the therapist did leave two voicemail messages that she was going to be late.
Debbie was amazing with the massage....never felt so relaxed! We will definitely be back to see her again! Jessica also did a great job with the facials! Very nice place....professional and caring staff. My only complaint were the nail technicians who did not even introduce themselves and seemed disinterested and rushed. Otherwise mom and I had a great experience and will be back for another massage in the future!
