The lady who did my nails is really nice! I got the mani peri + gel polish! The pedicure was awesome.
I went to get a pedicure and refill on 5/24/22. I got there @ 10:05 there were 3 people ahead of me two for pedicures one for nails. The staff was rude the pedicure lady was clueless she was taking people out of order defeating the purpose of a sign in sheet . When I mentioned that I was next I got nothing but attitude and continued working on the other person. Their behavior was so unacceptable and unprofessional especially when there are so many other shops in the area. I must say it was disappointing because I've be going to them for more than three years but I'm sure another shop will be more than happy to gain a loyal customer that ALWAYS tips. If I could give them no stars I would.
I walked in around 5:15 and there were no other customers in the establishment. There was one lady napping in the pedicure chair who woke up and asked what I needed. I said a manicure with dipping powder. Another lady came from the back and asked again. I explained I wanted my current set soaked off, a cut down and a set with dipping powder.
They drilled my overlay off and went into my nails. I repeatedly asked if it was possible to have them soaked off and was ignored. I paid for what they had completed up to that point and left. I will not return.
I went to get a manicure and regular nail polish but the staff member doing my nails tried to get me to get gel 7 times. But I can't help to think that because I didn't want gel she did not do a good job. My friend got gel and she took her time with her and made them look good. She did not file my nails evenly and the color is see through and looks terrible. I could've done a better job painting my nails at home! Was not worth $15 and I shouldn't have been made to pay for a terrible job and service.
Went with 2 other people and had to wait an hour for my turn in the pedi tub, the other two were fine before I got started. The person who did my pedi rushed through it and now only a week later, my gel mani and pedi have all come off! Wastes of money and time!
