I have been a customer here for a while now & I have to say, this is the best pedicure I have received in years! The facility is very clean, they follow health & cleanliness practices, and I have always felt comfortable visiting here! It's such a treat to get pampered here!
Their Facebook page claims walk-ins are welcome. Waste of a drive because paper sign on door said, "We take appointments only." I went inside and asked about availability because FB page welcomed walk-ins. Lady wasn't even apologetic, just said, "No." No further explanation.
This place has poor customer service the place only had 1 customer receiving a pedicure and 2 technicians The only service I wanted was to soak my nails off and the woman did not want to service me she kept telling me. You can go home and soak your nails we are booked next appointment was at least 35 minutes . Reading other reviews I came to the conclusion they are racist towards blacks. They don't have to worry about me spending my money in this establishment.
This business is lacking basic customer service, such as greeting their paying customers when they walk in the door or saying hello when someone speaks to them. Although the customer service was lacking, it was not a deal breaker for me. The reason why I'm giving this business 1 star is because my pedi & mani looked like something I could've done myself. Rushed job with polish on the side on my fingers and toes, but I guess you get what you pay for. Will not be back.
The man in the shop is always friendly and does great, generally. The woman, however, is not friendly, the last time I went is my last time. She filed my FINGERS so hard she scraped them open. I was bleeding, she saw and didn't acknowledge, ask if I was okay, offer anything to stop it, just kept filing. That was the last visit for me.
