V P Nails in Pottstown, PA

Attempted to call for a quick refill, told to come right away, showed up and told to wait, explained could come back @ specific time, instead of accommodating me to come back, the staff asked me to sit, I explained that I called ahead to avoid waiting and asked if I could come back. Instead of simply suggesting a better time the man who I spoke with mimicked me in a condescending way. I will never go back as a result of poor customer service, communication, and accommodation.

I'm so disappointed I used to go to VP nails in Pottstown pa on state st. I used to love how they do my nails but they started slacking so i decided to go to express nails on north charlotte st, they were good but they started to slacking as wel. I just went back to VP nails not even a week to get my nails done and 4 of my nails broke. how do dip nails break that fast. do disappointed I won't be going back to either place.

I was in need of a pedicure and my girls wanted to come for their first pedicures. I did a search and saw on their site that they had special rates for kids pedicures, so I called and made a reservation. When we arrived they were busier than I expected and I was not told that over the phone. I did ask on the phone if they were busy. We had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen and my kids were very impatient. I did my best to distract them. We had three different technicians do our pedicures. They all seemed rushed and stressed and it was not a fun experience with my kids. And sadly they did not do a good job with our feet. They did not feel softer or better when we left. The paint faded over the next few days. They also pressure you to use their atm to get cash out. I did not know they preferred cash or I would have brought some, but I did not trust their atm and preferred using my credit card. The person who checked me out made 3 mistakes and had to run it three times. I had to check with my bank to make sure I was only charged once and had to watch the pending charges over the next few days. I also called the bank and ensured only one would go through. If you do come here, bring cash, it's the safest way to go. I think their lack of care through the whole process made me uncomfortable with their atm and credit card system. We won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Danny was amazing So gentle the entire time. I got a gel pedi and gel refill. One of my nails was horrendous from another salon and he fixed it up so well! He took his time and was patient with me. Definitely recommend him if you have the opportunity to choose. Wont go anywhere else. Not only was he great but even with a full house I was taken immediately.
