I have been coming to this establishment for years now off and on before it was Gigis. Once the owners changed over I gave them a few chances but have been disappointed. I will never be going again. Had a horrible experience recently. Walked in with my family, told them we needed are nails done, and I'm assuming the manager told us "y'all have to leave because we are busy" very rude, not accommodating. We left. Then people walked in right after us and they were accommodated. DO NOT GO TO THE ESTABLISHMENT. Customer service is lacking.
Terrible. The nails were ugly. The nail lady was rude. It was supposed to be a present for my mother and it ended up being a waste of 60 dollars. The pedicure lady was nice but the lady who did the manicure was so rude. She did the wrong shape and when the pedicure lady corrected her the manicure lady responded in a snarky way. I asked her to put gems on my moms nails and the lady complained. So my mom ended up saying she didnt want the gems anymore. Even tho she did. That lady should get fired. She has a nasty attitude and is bad at her job. Dont come here. Wasnt even worth the 8$ tip
Appointments mean nothing, and pedicures were mediocre. I called ahead for 3 mani/pedis and was very disappointed. Not only did they not honor the appointment but they serviced other people that came in after us without an appointment. Drinks/beverages were offered to other customers but not us. I had to ask for a drink for my daughter. When I asked why our manicures were not being done she looked around and said we don't have anyone. I said I called ahead and made an appointment and you said you could fit us in. These other people came in after. The owner (I'm assuming) had nothing to say. My daughter's pedicure had nail polish all over her toes. I would not recommend this place. Highly disappointing and rude.
Very welcoming, nice and clean I only give 4 stars instead of 5 because I like the callous remover which wasn't used during my pedi otherwise I'd def recommend!! Julie is amazing
My mom and I just received the WORST pedicures here. Both of our nail tech's rushed and left us with crooked and poorly shaped nails. My polish is bubbly and uneven. My mom's polish didn't even cover her entire nail. Wtf. I'm so bummed because I was really looking forward to getting a pedicure. As someone who works in the cosmetology industry, I can confidently say that these nail tech's are lazy and have horrible customer service.
