I went in to get a simple hair cut. Rainne was my stylist. First she puts the black stylist cape on backwards. She grabs it with one hand and tries to fix it. I tell her how much I wanted her to cut, and she tells me to stand up. She cuts my hair and then tells me to sit. After that she keeps cutting, and at some point I could tell my hair was getting shorter and shorter. I asked another stylist if she could help her because I wasn't sure if she knew what she was doing. Rainne answered and said did and she was just texturing my layers. Mmmm she was cutting my layer, which I NEVER ask for layers. Im guessing the manager came over and said it was a miscommunication from both ends. HOW?? I NEVER said anything about layers. Do you just assume that people want what they had. ? They gave me a 10% and said to come back whenever my hair grow to fix it.??? OK?? Just let this be the last place you get a haircut from !!!
The Walmart down the road at 9101 N Tarrant pkwy north Richland hills absolutely butchered my hair I had to get 6 inches off to fix it...the manager at THIS location was AMAZING and gave me my refund even though it wasn't her location and personally apologized..the customer service here is 5 stars! DO NOT go to the one on Tarrant pkwy...they will butcher your hair...but this location is good!
I was surprisingly satisfied when I left Smart Style Salon on my first visit. In the past I have been dissatisfied with the way other stylists have cut my hair, so I was a little bit reluctant at first. But stylist Crystal cut my hair exactly the way I wanted. She understood immediately what I wanted and gave me a nice hair cut. She was also very amiable and fast.
