I'm surprised their rating isn't higher, I really like this place. They are very nice and have a new male employee that gives THE best foot rubs. I never get manicures but my pedi was so relaxing, I asked for the deluxe manicure. Yes, the hand massage was awesome too. Don't get me wrong, my nails look great but I haven't felt that free of stress in quite a long time, love foot rubs! I haven't been here since last year but new guy's got me hooked to go back more often.
My mother and I have been visiting this salon for a while, and they never disappoint. We typically just do gel polishes - but we decided to try doing Dip nails tonight - and Amy did a phenomenal job (especially managing my inability to keep my hands relaxed). Great salon, great employees, great service.
I went in for a pedicure and was going to get a full set with my mom. My mom and I had a reservation for lunch so I thought she would be waiting 45 min at most for me to get my full set. The woman doing my nails sat me down after doing my pedi and right before starting my full set saw another woman walk in. She asked the woman to come back in an hour, the woman responds she can't. So she gets up (while I'm sitting there) and proceeded to take care of the woman who just walked in. Then tells me to wait a little bit while she waxes or does her eye brows. I was also on a time schedule so I got up and told her to forget about giving me a full set of nails. Bad customer service. Very rude staff. Probably Won't come back.
