Exquisite Salon and Spa in Littleton, CO

A nasty  establishment with rude staff and the building is falling apart, smells like something died at the front door & there were lots of spiders on the ground and no toilet paper in the bathroom also the old woman gave me the worst dry microderm appointment I've ever had. Respect your body and stay away from here

I came to this salon for the first time to get Botox with Sofiya. I paid for 20 units (between my eyebrows) after 12 days, nothing happened. I am no stranger to Botox, it should have worked after 5-7 days. I then called the salón and that asked me to schedule a 2nd appointment. Sofiya, injected 15 more units at no charge. it's been 9 days and still nothing! I paid $200 to this place with no results.

I made an appointment here to get my hair colored because of a bday gift certificate I had gotten. The salon is clean and professional. I met with Elaine. She immediately recognized me from a couple pictures I sent her before hand so she can see what my hair looks like. She was very pleasant and personable. We talked about what I wanted my hair color to look like and if it would suit me. She was very knowledgeable and agreed to what I want to go with. She also asked if she could touch up my ends with her clips because it would make my hair blend. After coloring my hair, smoothing it out, and clipping the ends, I felt beautiful and really liked my hair and the color. I most definitely will be coming back to her in the future.

This place is awful, they couldn't call me to confirm appointments because they said their phone couldn't dial non-local numbers. Who has local numbers anymore?! I paid for a laser hair removal package and when I called for my free touch up, they told me the woman who did it was gone. Yet she's still there! Just horrible business practices.

DO NOT trust your face with this place! I went to Exquisite for laser facial hair removal and Sofiya Pylova (who I believe to be one of the owners) burned by face during the third treatment, resulting in an expensive trip to the dermatologist and a scar for life. I have photos and and a bill to prove it. It was fairly clear that she was not very good at it after the first two, because the hair was not removed and it came back quickly. But it was a package deal. She kept making lots of excuses for why, and during the third appointment she literally made a hole in my face just smaller than dime and another smaller one. She said that it was just temporary and would heal over and it that it was because my hair was so difficult to remove. Wrong! It scabbed over and left me with a scar. I had gone there in a package deal that included 4 hair removal appts, a hair treatment (that did absolutely NOTHING for my hair), a teeth whitening (3x) that also didn't do much, but she was telling me that I needed more, and more and more treatments. Then she tries to sell you the expensive home whitening kit.  Exquisite Salon and Spa is a waste of money. Totally worthless. After this happened, I checked with the state and cannot find her listed with a cosmetology license. They claim that the place is under the other owners license. So she is practicing there and I'm not sure she's even had training. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Just don't.
