I unfortunately don't have good experiences here. I had to come home and repaint my nails because the dip powder that was supposed to be blue came out as clear and almost grayish. The product they use here is not good.
My main issue with US Nails is they never have enough people staffed. It seems like any time I try to just walk in they are overcapacity. You really have to make an appointment unless you're ok with sitting for 20-30 mins. This isn't just a one off thing, I've come at different days/times, they typically have 3-4 people working even on the weekends. I always walk out happy with my nails but that's if I'm willing to wait or make an appointment ahead of time. Honestly, it's a hassle especially when you can drive 5 mins to another place and get right in.
The girl did not take her time and my nails were so uneven it wasn't funny. Started lifting the second day and all I had done was the dishes ( with cleaning gloves on) and sat n watched tv. 2nd bad experience here and won't be going back
I've been trying out nail places in the springfield area for a few years now since i've moved here. This place was just okay. I got their $35 pedi. They had a great selection of pedicure scents to choose from and they did a good job on the paint. My only issues were the water was cold when soaking my feet and after she put a hot towel on my legs left me to sit there for 20 minutes. They don't offer student discounts which made me a little sad because so many other places in the springfield area do. Will probably only go back if I can't seem to get an appointment elsewhere.
