Horrible!!! Horrrible! I went to get my lashes done here, what a huge mistake. One of the lashes came off the next day. I went back, showed them to fix it. They accused me of taking it off. Why would I do that and leave the other one on. Then charged me, saying I should have bought the lash back in. Really? the dirty lash that fell off my eye. Never, will I go back in there again. They are rude! and try to not understand English when you are questioning them. I give them a 0 below a star!!!
Horrible experience I would not recommend this place to anyone. This was my only option due to the circumstances. The lady Tracy has a bad attitude and very unprofessional. This was my last time visiting this salon.
If I could give this place less than a star, I would. Went in for a basic pedicure. Man performing the service didn't know how to cut cuticles and kept piercing my actual skin with the nipper. Instead of using a nail clipper, he used the nipper. Then left a jagged edge on the nails when he filed them. An older woman painted my nails and her strokes were streaky and uneven. The paint job is worse than if I did it myself. Overall, a waste of time and money. I left really disappointed by the level of service provided.
