I went and got my thick and full eyebrows waxed. Somehow I left with thin and sparse eyebrows. The tail of my eyebrows are gone!!!! On top of that she a nasty ass attitude . Wish I could give it a zero
The salon is nice and clean and way to large for three (3) employees. I am stuck between 3 to 4 stars because the work is 4 star worthy but the wait is 2 stars. I arrived at 11:15 I was seated at 12 noon! No I didn't have an appointment. I planned to get Pink and white nails. My nails took way longer then I expected, almost 2 hours SMH... The acrylic on my nails are way too thick but they are pretty,
Secondly I got a deluxe pedicure, another 50 minutes (which I didn't mind) I didn't leave the shop until after 3pm.
I would encourage anyone planning to visit the salon to have time to wait, this was my second visit and I have only seen three technicians and they are not in a hurry.
I've been going to Shayla for my eyebrows for 2 years now! She is absolutely amazing. I searched so long for a place that could shape my eyebrows perfectly and Shayla is so far the only person I've found that does it flawless. I love Shayla so much I recently moved away for college and still drive 45 min once a month to get my eyebrows done by her! The only downside- there's usually 3 to 4 girls in front of you always. Be prepared for a wait but it's definitely worth it!
Terrible experience today. #1 realized she wasn't using clean razors unless client asked, #2 I was burned terribly. My right eyelid is swollen after several rounds of ice.

The nail station I was at was very dirty. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a month or more. The rest of the salon was dirty as well.
I went here because I was already in the area and needed someone to take my gel nail polish off. I didn't want it filled in, I just wanted it soaked off. The woman asked several times if I wanted it filled in. I had to keep telling her no, that I just wanted it removed. Then she used a fake nail to pry my gel polish off! Who does that? I could have done that myself for free and with less pain.
She kept asking if I wanted a manicure and kept telling me I needed a manicure or gel polish because my nails would be weak after removing the gel polish. I simply wanted my nails to breathe, free of any polish. When she finished ripping the polish off using a fake nail, my finger nails did look bad, so I asked her to paint them with regular nail polish. She gave me a full manicure. The quality of the nail polish was awful. It was watery and took longer than usual to dry, even after I had my nails under the drying light for 5-10 minutes.
The unique draw of this salon is that they give every customer a piece of cheap, plastic jewelry for free.
