I went to US Nails today to get my nails done and the gentleman that was doing my nails said I needed my old set taken off and a new set put on, so instead soaking my nails off he decided to try and peal them off with a fake nail and needless to say it hurt like hell and there was blood every where, he messed up my nail so bad they couldn't put a nail over it. And the worst part is not only did they charge me full price but they also charged me for the set removal which is how he messed up my nail to begin with, so I paid this guy to injure me. IAnd paid for a full set and only got 9 nails. Won't be going back and I'll be telling everyone I know to go somewhere else.
State of Washington department of revenue should look into this business. They only take cash! They have a ATM ! How is this possible? Sign says there reader is down. Down for 5 years? Nope I paid with a card! They are scamming! May as well be a strip club! I think they rotate techs so they don't get get caught! Come on people!
Absolutely the worst pedicure I've ever had in my life and I've had plenty! First it started off with a 45 minute wait with my feet in the water the whole time I was told it was right away I would've never waited that long because I had things to do I almost got up and left and I really wish I would've. So I got the deluxe she rubbed my legs for a total of 2 to 3 minutes and I am not exaggerating one bit I asked for a flower never got that but that's OK after I saw the way she painted I was hoping she would forget and she did shocker huh ? she cut my toe and it was bleeding and was still bleeding and she painted over the blood no joke my nine-year-old granddaughter could paint toes better than what I got what a waste of 50 bucks!!! The paint is so thick I don't think it will ever dry and I'm pretty sure it will peel off. I have never had such a bad pedicure!Im really shocked they are that busy maybe they have a few good Tech's no idea but mine want at all ... my toes is still stinging from her cutting so fast and making me bleed !
my nail tech did a terrible job i asked for coffin french tip and she did that but she left halfway throught for like 10 mins and every nail is cricked and same with the french tipdesign
Whenever I go it takes a 2hour wait, And eventually my nails are never done so I rate this zero out of 10 never I hope my mom never takes me back
