I love this place. The ladies are so nice and are attentive to achieving exactly what I want. They have great prices and the quality of the acrylic that they use is amazing. At other nail salons I have the problem of my acrylic breaking off before I can even make it to my fill but with the acrylics that they use at Queens nails, I was able to make it and my nails didn't even slightly lift.

Last three times I went there was not as good as it use to be! I had made an appointment for my friend and myself for pedicures. We were going to a party after the pedicure . They took so many walk ins that we were ignored and were there three hours! We were late for the party because of this. It's great they take walk ins but people make appointments for a reason. They want business so bad they squeeze in too many people in between. Hope it improves I really did like this place a couple of years ago.

I'll never go because of the phone call I just made to them. I'm trying to find a salon that has colored acrylic tips- the kind that are colored before they go on the nail. I've called a dozen places who said no, but the woman who answered enthusiastically said yes! I said, oh wow you do? and she sounded upset that I questioned her. I asked what colors they have and without clarifying or asking any questions she quickly backtracked saying they don't have them. Super sketchy way to trick people into going there. 0/10

I came here for my birthday nails and it was the worst nail experience I've ever had. My husband took me last minute for a pick me up and I ended up crying in the truck after leaving. I was refused a female provider for my pedicure even after clarifying that I'd be more comfortable I was told no. During my pedicure his phone rang the entire time from his shirt pocket and was not answered or silenced. I'm pretty understanding so I let it go but it only got worse from there. When I got my acrylics she took a call on speaker and spoke and laughed loudly through the first entire half. I couldn't hear the TV or the music so decided to put my headphones in when she grabbed my hand to stop me I told her I just didn't want to listen to her phone conversation l. I don't get to treat myself often and it was my birthday treat so I was trying to do what I could to enjoy my experience.. I came to relax and felt as if I was intruding the entire time I was in this shop. I asked for black French tip and my entire nail was painted black and then followed with a clean up. She filed my cuticles leaving them torn and dry. My nails looked marbled and the lines weren't clean so I asked if she could clean it up a bit as it was on my skin and obviously smeared from lack of care to detail. This was on both hands and she acted as if she couldn't see what I was talking about so I was pointing out the polish on my fingers and on the nail and I had to do this with EVERY nail because she would do one and try to be finished with my set. The male paced back and forth behind me huffing every time I had to ask for attention to the mess that was made. After finally getting through each finger on one hand she didn't bother to check the other that I was trying to show her, told me I was done, and I was so uncomfortable I left it alone and just wanted to get out of there. Lastly; I for asked for little jewels on each nail and told her I'd never had them and asked if they last long she told me no which confused me but didn't know any better. After glueing them on the glue strings were all over my nails making them look worse and she didn't clear gloss them to seal them on so they fell off the next day. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE. I'm a very low key and easy going person and was so upset when we left. I've never been treated so badly at a nail place. I wasn't listened to or respected in any way. If you couldn't take my service then just say that instead of trying to squeeze me in and rushing through my service I paid good money for. I'll never come back here. Photo is AFTER clean up..

I've been getting dip nails for 3+ years, and these are the worst dip nails I've ever had. I got just pink and white tips. She didn't apply the powder correctly, and they were wavy and uneven. She put on tips as my nails were short, and the pointer finger tip was filled with glue and separated from my nail. I won't be back! I never took a picture cause they were so bad.
