Worst nail salon I've been to. Over filed. Charged almost double of what was quoted. Ladies are rude. My nails have scratches and bumps due to not completely allowing them to dry, was rushed through. Lines painted are uneven. Uneven lengths and not correct shape. Would not recommend.
Man I used to love this place. My pedi guy had the water scalding and was annoyed when I told him it was a little hot. He shoved my foot down after adding a few seconds of cold water. The rest was fine until painting time. I asked for white polish. He did one coat and tried to put me to bring even though there were open seats everywhere and my sister in law was sitting next to me and we were visiting. I asked if he minded if I just sat there to visit and he acted put out. I then asked if he would be able to do a second coat of white because it was see through and again he got an attitude over it. I thanked him twice for even doing it. I've never had service this anywhere. I thought it was still a great place but the reviews show otherwise. My sil was also sitting with foil on her nails her whole pedi and now we have to leave with her having bare nails because the lady who said she would do dip never came back the whole pedicure. Worst service I've ever had.
I've been going to Lovely nails for years now. I've never had a bad experience and they always do my nails exactly how I like them. I've tried a lot of nail salons and they are the absolute best!
This place has really gone downhill. First, I waited 20 minutes in the pedicure chair for someone to come over(there was only 3 other customers) then the guy that helped me didn't do HALF of the things that come with a pedicure; no filing, cutting, trimming cuticles NOTHING Then he barely rubbed my legs. Didn't rub my feet at all. Finally he left chunks of my old shellac on before walking away and having someone else take over. Save your time and money
