If you value your hair in any way, I highly recommend steering clear of this salon. The stylists are not qualified to perform the services they claim they can do. I called this salon ahead of time and asked them if they knew how to work with hair extensions. They said they did so I booked my appointment. When I was at the shampoo bowl, the stylist poured a corrosive product on my hair that melted and matted my hair extensions. They had to be cut out of my own hair! They thought that applying several individual extensions would compensate for the damage done to my hair not to mention the costs. When I approached the salon owner, Jill about reimbursing me for the cost of the extensions, she refused stating that the application of cheap extensions was reimbursement enough. I have filed a complaint against this salon with the BBB to seek a resolution to the financial loss I endured and am writing this review to inform the public of the unethical and dishonest business practices of this salon.
