Everyone is super kind and helpful! I've been on a few different occasions for manicures and they've all turned out amazing! I definitely recommend!
1 star, manager is rude and abrupt, he walks the salon spouting Vietnamese. My acetone was so hot I couldn't out my fingers in. I was offered no water, I asked for water, it was room temperature. The tech that did my dip was rough, in a hurry, in conversation with manager about next customer. I paid out with only $3. Tip on my debit, I was almost out of money, manager yelled out, "Only a $3 dollars!!!!! I will never go bk
I would not recommend this place at all!! I got a pedicure and I the lady missed shaped my toes. She painted all over the edges of my toes. She messed up my big toe, putting my flip-flop on... then tried to fix it and did a crappy job of that. They look awful. Worst pedicure I've ever gotten in many years!!
I have been going to Upscale Salon for almost two years. This evening, my daughter went there, on my request, only to be sat in a chair and wait 30 minutes for nothing. Granted, it was an hour before close. However, a manicure and pedicure only takes 45 minutes if two people work on the client at once. If there is no time to do the job, fine! Just send her on her way instead of humiliating her in front of other clients getting their pedicures and nails done. She never gets her nails done and was so excited after working 12 hours. So, after 30 minutes, my daughter walked out!! I mean...Who does that? Just say there's no time!! So disappointing, rude and disrespectful! I will no longer give t Upscale Salon my business.
Always nice people nail technicians and the prices are reasonable. They make it easy to pay with Apple pay too.
